I financed a car with VNB in 2004. I was set to pay off the loan in December 2009, but they never sent out the final payment amount statement as stated in the loan documentation. They said there was a problem with my address and the final bill did not reach me. However, their collections department had NO PROBLEM with my address when they stuck me with delinquency charges.
