I recently had a Europen facial at this spa. I was told to remove my wedding rings (WHY, I HAVE NO IDEA) and subsequently left them on the bed. I called immediately to inquire if they were turned in. The employees have been extremely uncooperative in attempting to locate my rings. THEY ARE LOST FOREVER NOW. I have never been contacted by the managers. I have sent 2 emails to Elaine Voci, President and have never heard from either.

IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM " A SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANY?" I WOULD CERTAINLY SUGGEST USING A DIFFERENT SPA WITHIN THE CHARLOTTE AREA, ONE THAT REALLY AND TRULY APPRECIATES AND VALUES YOUR BUSINESS.
