I recently had a Europen facial at this spa. I was told to remove my wedding rings (WHY, I HAVE NO IDEA) and subsequently left them on the bed. I called immediately to inquire if they were turned in. The employees have been extremely uncooperative in attempting to locate my rings. THEY ARE LOST FOREVER NOW. I have never been contacted by the managers.
