I purchased Voltas 1.5 ton Window AC from Vikrant Electronics Showroom, Gurgaon. The AC had some problems since beginning. I called the dealer several times but he did not enetrtain. I called the Custome care of Voltas Ltd. and they said that the complaint can be lodged only with the dealer. I called the dealer again and again but he did not give any response. Finally the summer season was off and I decided to go with the AC as it is. Now suddenly the AC stopped working and I called the dealer again. He send one person who was not able to solve the problem he said that he would come again and replace the defaulted part, but he did not turn up. I called the dealer again and again but he gave no positive response. I wasted my precious time on following up with the dealer but no results!
