I purchased Voltas 1.5 ton Window AC from Vikrant Electronics Showroom, Gurgaon. The AC had some problems since beginning. I called the dealer several times but he did not enetrtain. I called the Custome care of Voltas Ltd. and they said that the complaint can be lodged only with the dealer. I called the dealer again and again but he did not give any response.
