I did not understand that by asking for a free trial, I would be signing up for a long-term buying plan. I called the company, sent back the product, and was told that I would receive a refund, minus a $20.00 re-stocking fee. When I questioned the re-stocking fee, I was told to call back and speak to a manager, as the manager was the only one who could drop that fee. I have called back on several occasions, and waited, and waited, and waited, and finally gave up. Today I called at 4:59 PM, and got the recording. I would like the restocking fee to be dropped, and I would like to be taken off your product list. I should mention that I called in November when I received my trial product, and asked to be taken off the list, and was not. I also called my credit card company in November, and advised them that I did not want to have any more product. Thank you for your help.

I called and cancelled my order after only taking the product for 7 days, I was told then that my order had been cancelled and i would no longer be charged or sent the product. I have since then been charged $88 and then again $95. The phone number that they now provide for you to get ahold of someone at this fraudelent company either hangs up on you after leaving you on hold for 2 minutes or just keep you on hold forever and no one ever actually answers the phone, I waited on hold for 38 minnutes 2 seperate times.

I am fuming mad and this has cause major problems with my account right before Christmas.

I too was scamed by this Wacaiberry. I am having the same problems as everyone else, "take the money and run with it". I ordered the trial package and called and cancelled, sent back the unused product and am still being charged $88.62 out of my bank account. They have made me have bounced checks, because i wasnt expecting to have that taken out of my account, so now i am having to explain to my bank what a sucker i was for falling for this. But my bank is trying to help me with this, i guess this is more common than i thought.
I hope this helps everyone, My bank had to issue me a new bank card in order to stop the charges from coming out of my account.

Yes I also order this along with the colon med 700 and both companys appear to be one in the same there number is 800-360-1477. Stay away they never answer the phone.

I paid for sample 1 month ago for a product that appeared to be recommended by famous people. I was charged 5.00 for a sample now 12/4/08 my account is be charged for $88.62 that was not authorized. It seems to pretty common.
