I did not understand that by asking for a free trial, I would be signing up for a long-term buying plan. I called the company, sent back the product, and was told that I would receive a refund, minus a $20.00 re-stocking fee. When I questioned the re-stocking fee, I was told to call back and speak to a manager, as the manager was the only one who could drop that fee. I have called back on several occasions, and waited, and waited, and waited, and finally gave up. Today I called at 4:59 PM, and got the recording.
