survey on register reciept
I called the survey number told the girl i didnt want to purchase anything just wanted gift certificate, which was explained to me as a gift certificate that i could use to purchase anything. Its not even a gift certificate its a rebate . You but $200 in products an they are supposed to give tou a rebate. But they also give your information to others who put charges on your cards. They tell you that you have a trial perod but your trial period is up before anything is ever sent to you and your cards have been charged. Then when you call they tell you that the charge is non-refundable.An you can only submit up to $25 a month in rebates. I cancelled an they tried telling me that it took over a week for my card company to put the charge on. Mine is a debit card and the longast it takes is 24 hours for a charge to be taken out. So Main Street Discounters is a rip off they get your card number an put all kind of charges on it .An everyone there has an excuse for everything. If you do send something back to them make sure its registered an has to be signed for as they will say they didnt recieve it. the survey on wal-mart reciepts is a scam. One that can eventually cost you alot of money. If this is the kind of companies wal-mart does business with just makes me wonder how good they really are. I know that because of this i will never shop at wal-mart again. I am on disability and am dying of cancer an because of this an the charges put on my card one for $25, one for #1.99, an one for $24 i cant get my medicine. The company i called said i called after the charges were put on. I cancelled on the 24th of feb. The charges were put on my card the 2nd of march. my debit card company said charges are posted within 24 hours. So everyone beware they are out to get you.

We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future
We just had our truck serviced at Wal-Mart in Tulsa, OK. Right off, they claimed they could not check the transfer case because they did not have the correct tool. They had added declined on the paper we received. Which we did not decline. In fact my husband made a point to ask them if they were going to check the crank case and was told before hand that they would. After we left and stopped at a store across the road we noticed that the washer fluid light was one. We stopped and checked the fluid which was 1/4 in from the the bottom. (otherwise empty) We returned, presented them with the problem and were told that they did indeed fill it up but it had a crack and must have leaked all out. Which was impossible since there was no water under the truck where it was parked. It did have a small crack half way up the reservoir. But the fluid was well below that on empty.

There was a customer there who told us that she was there complaining about her vehicle and not to ever take ours back to any Wal-Mart. They had serviced her car and it had a puddle of oil under her car when she got home. Which it did not leak before hand. They were not going to admit any fault there either.

I have had my fill with Wal-Mart. We have had prior problems when my husband had a tires put on at a Florida Wal-Mart. I was hoping that it was just the one store's problem, but it seems that it is rampant at all the stores. He is not going to give them 3 strikes. He has had his fill and they are out. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

My rating for them is 0!
We've all heard your slogan "falling prices", what a crock !!! What you should say is "falling consumer reputation. It's said if a person walks into your establishment & purchases 1 24ct. bottle of Aleve D for a severe sinus infection & your salesperson calls Narcotics on them. Let me mind you that this was the only thing they purchased & records showed they had not bought such an item in over a year. Cost them $10, 000. bond, over 50 hrs behind bars, & the victum lost their long time job because of it. I can understand that their is a problem with such medicine, but give me a break, reciept shows this is all that was purchased. Why don't you people do your own job & let Narcotics consentrate on earning their own money, or at least wait till there are more items than this before you ruin a persons record and life. I know what I am saying here is true because it just happened last week in Tupelo Ms to my 20 year old daughter & her boyfriend. What a shame...I use to spend hundreds of dollars every month with you, but now everyone I associate with & myself will never walk on your premisses again.

Pharmacy
I had to wait 2 hours for a prescrition to be filled. I asked if there was anyway to get it put up closer to the front of the line as I had a sick little boy and would like to get home. I was told No and I would have to wait just like the rest of the people.
So I waited and waited 2 long hours with a sick child. I would have gone somewhere else but with the time being late I thought that I better just wait the 2 hours.

There was a pill in my bottle of meds that was not even my medication
EVERYTIME I go to pick up my medication, I am told that I am only going to get partial and will have to come back for the rest. I have a hard time getting a ride to the pharmacy and it very inconveniant for me.

Also, on one occasion, when i got home, I opened the bottle so that i could seperate my meds for each day. There was a pill in my bottle of meds that was not even my medication. If i hadnt noticed, who knows what it could have done to me. THEY ARE ALWAYS MAKING MISTAKES.

Oil change is not recomended
I went to do an oil change and I was supposed to get the following:

- Carpet cleaning

- Topping off other fluids

- Oil change

When I get the car, I checked and see that the carpet is not touched or cleaned at all, there is huge oil stain on my leather seat and no fluids have been topped off.

I have an expensive car and it was not worth going there. I could get a better service on a $12.99 oil change from other place without having my seat stained.

employee injury
I'm an employee of the Wal-Mart store. In July of 2009 I was working on the cash register when I was injured. I thought it was not a big deal since my wrist popped and just figured I didn't have any problems.
That evening I spoke with an Assistant Manager and filled out a report for making a record of the problem. The next day I went into work, let the csm know I couldn't handle the register since I was still in a lot of pain. I saw the manager to get a release to go to the emergency room for an exam. After being off for three days as ordered by the hospital, the managers treated me badly. The doctors placed me on light duty and sent me to many other specialists. After months of being away from the registers, the managers started treating me badly and it became worse than ever. They made up customer complaints to write me up, rumors started that I was/am going to be fired cause of my injury, and more. Now the worker comp case workers who are suppose to make sure my doctor visits are covered, won't approve any other visits ( I'm not released off doctor care till yet), won't even talk to me about my case. Wal-Mart took me off the schedule and so I have no hours to earn money. They know my husband has been recovering from a broken neck, I have two children to provide for, and they are still doing this to me. I haven't had any proof of any customer complaints and I do my job without any issues. I'm sick of the abuse the company does to the workers who try hard to over-come things like this. My injury I was told isn't an easy fix, it's only treatable with theripy and pain management for a long time.

Terrible service
I was shopping in the Georgetown, De. super Walmart today and was behind a young man that had bought groceries in your store. He had two checks to pay for his groceries from the same place where he worked. He was charged $6.00 for cashing his work checks in your store. He spent all his pay in your store for groceries and had to put back some of the items(food) because of the $6.00 charge for cashing his pay in your store. I thought Walmart was for helping people, not taking advantage of honest citizens. I am really upset with Walmart about this episode.
