Complaints - Unauthorized Charge

I bouth the walkfit orthotics on december 2008, this is the first time buying in internet whit my new checking card and I had a problems whit them, becouse the same day that I called them for cancel the Walkfit Joint Support Formula, they charged on my checking account $44.89, I called my bank and they back to me only $32.00, and now There is other companies that I dont know like Healt Hallies and WC *BUDGET SAVERS MONTH charging me things that I never buy, and I dont know how they get my checking account information, i think Walkfit is sharing it.

Unauthorized Charge

After receiving this product, I was not happy with it and returned them immediately. I also called to cancel any additional shipments of the "Joint Support Formula." Even though I have a cancellation number, there is an additional charge on my account for $44.85. When I called today they insisted I received more of this formula, then said "when I receive it return it, " and refuse to refund the entire $44.85. Since I did not order anything additional, actually canceled any shipments within the required time frame, and have that date and cancellation number, not only should nothing have been charged, but the entire amount needs to be refunded. I didn't order it- I don't owe them shipping and handling. My suggestion for others to avoid this hassle is to simply not deal with this company.
