After receiving this product, I was not happy with it and returned them immediately. I also called to cancel any additional shipments of the "Joint Support Formula." Even though I have a cancellation number, there is an additional charge on my account for $44.85. When I called today they insisted I received more of this formula, then said "when I receive it return it, " and refuse to refund the entire $44.85.
