over pricing at register
Well walmart I hope you need that penny more then I do but I would like to tell any one who bought the Gala Apples that say they are 99 cents a pound that they rang up a 100 a pound at the register. Doesnt seem like a lot of money but if you think about a penny a pound and how many stores and how many pounds might have been sold from the begaining of the sale to the end of the sale well it adds up . Not to mention the tax added at the end of the sale proably not many people caught the penny over ring at the rigester but I have found you have to watch every one . After all you can bet you if you owe Walmart a penny they wont it but they sure didnt tell me when they over charged me . I had to point it oput to the lady at the register and then she still had to see the sale price to belive me SO HEY WALMART CAN I SEE MY RECIEPT SO I CAN BELIVE YOU!!! I got mine corrected before i walked out of the store but i wonder how many people didnt catch it at all . You can bet you Walmart caught it when they added up there cash sales.

Slave driveing manegers
I did summit one before but after thinking about what i wrote ...sounded more like a young person over exadrateing, so i'm going to get down to the core of the prob with full detailed info that may aid Custimers wondering why employees are so rude..
Ok i started off in the radeo grill i followed as directed and was told by multiple people i cleaned it best and was the best cook and server, but i got shoved out by my current maneger to be replaced by her daughter in law who needed a job turned out she didnt do so well and quite after 1 month.
moveing on i was then placed in dairy, not so bad right well my manger made me pull 3 trucks during the holidays 27 -28 pallets of fright ALONE and with a handjack i wasnt certified to oprate the power jack and he would not allow me to get the training, one more thing...the hangjacks were broken so made things alot harder, so much so my butt touched the grown when i pulled them. turns out i ended up pulling both my shoulders and injuring my back. store manger didnt care all they cared about was the money spent on work related injury. it gets better ;)...he then would ask that i wrap milk creats and pull them to the back not so bad right? well it was at night time and it was raining he locked me out side, out back, ware theres no camera, at night and in the rain i then had to walk around to the front soaking wet only to have to work in the cooler for another 4 hours, His exsuce *oh i'm trying to make her a better worker*.
moveing on (Produce) i move to this department and it was indeed a much better time the manger over this one was a wonderful person In my opinion but -_- unforchently the department one was not...at first he was impressed with me i kept in clean, well organized and my custimers were pleased, suddenly he got angry with me becouse i didnt want to buy his car...he thin started strinking arguments with me every chance and even ask my MOTHER if i was retarted or just stupid...he got so bad i moved my scedal to avoid him i was literly afraid of him and my manger that was so wonderful had moved on the new one thank hevens shifted me to the Deli..
now it gets interesting, at first was great got along with every one till they relized i was fast -_- now i find my self sliging chicken, makeing salads, sliceing meat, chease, makeing sandwitches, rotisarys, washing dishes stocking the case and the wall, takeing out the trash, putting up new friaght, while still haveing a smile on my face for an upset custimer horrasing me becouse i didnt get to them before the person who was there first...ware are my co-workers?...well i take a look and =O...one is talking on her cell phone, wares the other ?...shes eating the food i so lovely prepard out of the hot case with out paying for it...well wares the other ...makeing sandwitches i already made becouse she hates custimers and no one will say anything to her becouse shes and older grumpy lady...stull luv her...well ware the 5th!! she went to break after being there for 1 hour...no i'm not exadrating this is my daily routin...and custimers wonder why i look unplesent at times...why? simple, thanks to walmart my manger literaly drives me like a slave and thanks to her unknown dislike with me i had to drop out of GED classes becouse my scedal consisted of 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts becouse she tricked me into opening me scedal so i could be trasfrered to the backery ware i so despreatly want to work, witch she ofer then told me wasnt availible the hired someone new into it. i have Depretion, high blood presure, IBS, back probs, migrans and extremly high stress and i'm 24 ;). my husband lost his job resently witch means i cant quite, becouse i'm the only income i cant rake the mony back up for schooling, i cant even aford a visit to the doc, i would just like to thank walmart for ruining my life and stealing my future becouse they dont take interest in the problems of the employees. oh one more thing for anyone who may wonder ware you manger leard there disrespect Brownsburg Indiana, this store is consittered the best and is ware mangers travel from all over the USA to tran its also the place ware ive had my wonderful exsperences.

Unfair treatment by Maneger
My maneger dosen't respect me, I do everything she ask and more and yet i'm always ask to do more while others dottle around and never help me. I work in a deli and i find my self working alone when there 4 others with me and they do nothing about it. I Requested a trasfer to another department, backery i wanted to be a cake decorator and my manger told me it was availible and to open my availibility. So i did and waited for it, i was getting scedaled 3pm -12pm then 5am -2pm the next day. I was working 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.Then she told me it wasnt availible, i didnt unapply for it and yet she hired someone else for it. She offered me another area, one i didnt want but i wasnt getting along with some of my co-workers after they found out i wanted out, due to her telling them, so i put in for it and then she repeated the same insedent she has done this to me 5 times and ive taken it. when i dont get along with some one she tells me deal with it and get back to work this morning of october 3rd 2009, i came in did every thing as ushal. things were ok, and when my co-worker came in she said she was told to stock the wall...ok fine she took 5 hours to stock 4 boxes...as i was leaveing my manger scolded me bucouse i was leaveing 5 minets early...it was my last break and aparently i'm not intiddled to it... my health has taken a turn for the worse, my stress is so high, i find it to painful to even move some mornings and i'm age 24! I have gone to her manger and the manger above him the all shrug me off and push me to her and all she dose is lie to me and try to trick me into working all hours becouse she knows i work hard. what else can i do? Am i suppose to be treated like a slave? Am i not intitled to advance and learn new department and have new exsperences?

MISLEADING SURVEY COMPLAINT
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR RECEIPT FROM WALMART IT ASKS YOU TO TAKE A SHORT SURVEY...IT'S NOT REALLY SHORT. THE COMPLAINT IS THAT AFTER YOU HAVE PUT IN YOUR INFORMATION (AND IT IS ADAMANT THAT YOU DO NOT USE A PO BOX OR YOU WON'T QUALIFY) WHEN YOU GET TO THE ACTUAL SURVEY INFORMATION YOU STILL WILL NOT QUALIFY IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND FULFILL TWO OF THEIR SUGGESTED SITES PRODUCTS. SPECIFICALLY IT READS "CONGRATULATIONS, TO QUALIFY FOR YOUR FREE $1000.00 WALMART GIFT CARD START BY FULLY COMPLETING ANY TWO TOP OFFERS BELOW!". IF IT IS A SURVEY, WHY DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE SOME OTHER SITES PRODUCTS WHICH WILL COST ME MONEY AND I HAVE NO GUARANTEE THAT THIS SITE WILL EVER INFORM WALMART'S SITE THAT I HAVE COMPLETED THEIR SITES REQUIREMENTS. NO WHERE ON WALMARTS RECEIPT DOES IT STATE THAT I WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE ANOTHER COMPANIES ANYTHING! NOR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANOTHER COMPANY IN ORDER TO QUALIFY. IN FACT WALMART'S RECEIPTS STATE "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN". HAVING TO COMPLETE ANOTHER COMPANIES SURVEYS OR PURCHASE ANOTHER COMPANIES PRODUCTS IS JUST THE OPPOSITE. IS SHOP AND SPEND WAY TOO MUCH MONEY AT WALMART ALL OVER THE STATES TO BE MANIPULATED LIKE THIS.

Awful, awful, awful
On December 10th 2007 I purchased an xbox 360 for my son as a Christmas gift. Christmas morning as my son tried to connect the ac adaptor to the console he realized it would not insert. The next day I spoke to xbox 360 customer service and explained the problem, They asked me for the serial number on the back of the xbox360 and I was instructed to return or exchange the Item where I had purchased it. On December 27th 2007 I went to Wal-mart to either exchange or get my money back. Customer service then said to me that I did not purchase this xbox 360 at their store and I told them yes I did here's my receipt, and customer service went on telling me that the serial number on the console was not from their store. I was totally outraged at the fact that wal-mart claims that I made this xbox 360 purchase else where.

The store manager was called and rudely pushed the box across the counter and said when you bring us the right console we'll give you your money so please leave the store. I stood back and reply this is the Item I purchased here on December 10, 2007, then the store manager said you're not getting a refund this is not our Item "leave the store" and I replied call the Police because I'm not leaving until I get a refund or Exchange the store manager said Okay we will call the Police and have you escorted out the store. When the Police officer arrived and we explain the situation, He then got on phone and it turns out that this console was sold some time back somewhere else.

Then I was asked to leave the store by the Police Officer. When I got home completely humiliated and outraged on what just happened, I immediately called xbox360 customer service and explained what just went on, customer service checked the serial number and it turns out that the xbox360 console is refurbished and has no Warranty. Please Help resolved this problem. I paid 370.92 for an Item that was refurbished and packed as new. My son now has no Christmas gift and I'm 370.92 short.

Scam charges
Brought a mp3 player from walmart and service plan. Was charged twice. Was made to stand in line at service desk because cashier said he couldn't void sale and re ring it. Got the second charge refunded. Went home and hooked mp3 player up and virus scanner went crazy. The mp3 player had pictures and music files on it along with numerous viruses. I unhooked it and put mp3 player back in its box and went to return it the next day. Walmart checked box to make sure all the pieces were there which they were. Then they checked serial numbers. Numbers on mp3 player did not match box. Walmart refuses to exchange item and refuses to give me my money back. And they accused us of switching device. We were told we should of opened box and checked serial numbers before we purchased it. How were we to know. They sold us a used product, almost infected my computer and blame me??? They said theres nothing they can do and I'm just out of luck. They stole $64.88 Plus $5.88 For service plan plus tax which comes to almost $80. Alls they had to do was check the images on phone and they could tell we didn't put them there. I feel like I was raped by walmart.

Terrible experience
I needed a cell phone immediately as mine suddenly died and I get my job assignments thru the cell phone. I went to Walmart in Salem NH and bought a net 10 phone pay as you go for 29.99.When I set it up at home it didn't work. I returned to Walmart in Salem NH (I live in Andover, Ma) to bring it back and exchange it for a working phone. The people working at the time I brought it back, , , although they were present and remembered me when i bough it, , said the managers had all gone home so they could not exchange it nor refund my money.

These two people also tried the phone and it did not work, As I needed a phone immediately I bought another phone, identical to the non functioning phone and these two people told me I would get my money back when the managers were present. I went today for my refund. The female manager said there was no "SIMS" card with the phone. I said this is what I bought from you exactly as is. She said a SIMS card comes with this particular phone and she cant return my money because there is no SIMS card.

I told her I BOUGHT THIS PHONE exactly as it is except I opened the package and THIS phone did not work, I have no idea about a SIMS card, what I brought back, twice now is exactly what I bought from Walmart. She said there had to be a SIMS card in the package and because there wasn't she would not return my money. I told her again... if there was no SIMS card it was because I bought it with no SIMS card.Why on earth would I drive 30 minutes each way... THREE times now and why would I have bought the second exact phone 2 hours after this one if it worked. I bought this phone in good faith. It did not work. I tried to return it and couldn't.

I bought a second identical phone in GOOD faith. I brought the first phone back for a refund and was refused because something was apparently missing from the package. I brought back exactly what was in the package and if something was missing that is the reason the phone didn't work. It was missing when I purchased it, yet they refuse me a refund.

Change in schedule
I have worked part time for Walmart for over 2 years. I have always had the same hours due to my full time job and I have always worked in the same position. Recently, I was told I had to change my hours of availability or drop to a cashier with a cut in pay. I explained that because of my full time day job that changing my hours of availability was impossible and that I felt it was not right to tell me unless I did I would have to drop to a cashier with a cut in pay. I was then told, I had no choice, those were my options, take it or leave it. I thought Walmart was supposed to be so family oriented and so concerned with their associates lives. You hear all about customer satisfaction, but how about associate satisfaction. No member of management has ever told me thank you for a job well done or praised me for going out of my way to do things I don't have to do. I hear other associates complaining all the time when they are are asked to do things, making comments like "that''s not my job". I always do what I am asked respectfully even if I don't like it or want to because I feel that Walmart is my job regardless of the task. However, to be told I must change my hours or be demoted with a cut in pay does not seem fair to me at all.

filled 5 gallon can
i put my money on debit card pulled up to sheetz to fill 5 gallon gas can. got 8.01 in it. then went to dollar store to get 5.30 in items it was regested. your compant okayed sheetz to put all of my own money in gas but i didnot okay it. so it left me with 0 balance. do not use my money as if it was your own i want remainder of my money back on card but your company says wait until the 29th. no i wont do it now and never touch my money again unless i use it myself

Return
I purchased fabric to make curtains for my grandson's room, my kids changed their minds about having the "Cars" theme, so I took the fabric back this morning. I had purchased all the fabric on one bolt, it was in 2 pieces, I paid for 10.25 yds and 2.75 yds at $4.44 a yard, $57.72. When I returned it they had me take it to the fabric dept. to be measured, the larger amount measured only 8.25 yards, so I had paid for 2 yards that I didn't have, I didn't know that I had been shorted because I had never taken the fabric out of the bag. I am so angry, I paid almost $10.00 for fabric I didn't get, I trusted that the clerk new how to measure or count. They only refunded for the material that was measured. The clerk who remeasured checked it twice, she was a different clerk than the one who helped me on Sept. 16. If this had been a mistake that amounted to a couple of dollars I wouldn't complain, but this was just under $10.00.
