My maneger dosen't respect me, I do everything she ask and more and yet i'm always ask to do more while others dottle around and never help me. I work in a deli and i find my self working alone when there 4 others with me and they do nothing about it. I Requested a trasfer to another department, backery i wanted to be a cake decorator and my manger told me it was availible and to open my availibility.
