The lady in the photos was real smart with my daughter & x wife over the way she took our photos
Well i have been using walmart photos for years... and my daughter took our first grandbaby to have the baby pictures done and the lady was real smart with them and she made them hold the baby up in the air to take the pictures... the pictures turned out bad... my daughter paid for them because it was the baby's first pictures... i think we should get these pictures for free or be able to retake the pictures... i hope to here back from someone real soon...

Stole my money on gas card
I buy $100 gift cards from Walmart to purchase their discount gas. The past 3 times I've been to the pumps they did not work. Today the pump would not work but a receipt came out for .07. When I tried to get Walmart, Sumter SC to give me my $100 back they only gave me another card for $99.93. I will not buy their cards or gas again, that is- IF I ever get this money back! If they are going to be in the fuel business, they should have a clerk to correct the errors made.

TV's don't last even a year
I purchased an ILO TV and it died six months after I bought it. The store I bought it at won't take it back, I got online and saw dozens of complaint saying the same thing. The manufacturer won't respond, their phone numbers become a wild goose chase and for $60 more I could have bought a name brand product elsewhere.
Wal-Store should be ashamed, it's obvious that this product is garbage, just look on the web yet they still continue to sell this product to hundreds of people every day. Wal-Store continues to leave the purchasers without any support, and $300 out of pocket for a new TV at the very least.
I spoke to the manager at our local Wal-Store in Montrose CO. He hung up the phone on me when I told him I was upset and expected him to help me receive compensation for this purchase.

They did not honour battery replacement
Walmart offered 3 year replacement on their batteries, yet would not honour it. When I tried to return a one year old battery, (of which I didn't have a receipt), the employees were rude and did not want to be bothered.
I left angry, vowing never to patronize the store again. I, then called and spoke to the department manager, who said to come back and he would exchange the battery.
When I got there, he said there was nothing he could do without the receipt. The battery has a barcode and serial numbers on it to identify the battery, but I was told they could not tell how old the battery was.
I won't go back to Walmart again. If I do, someone please just shoot me.

Poor customer service
On Sunday June 22, 2008 my children and I were shopping at Walmart in Florida, University and Oakland park Blvd. My son leaned on a rack and the sign flew off. An employee named Maria (from lingerie) came charging at my son yelling at the top of her lungs “why did you touch that, you are not suppose to play around here, don’t play around here!” My son 8 yrs old started to cry, I asked Maria not to yell at my son and told her as she walked away he was not playing with the rack. I proceeded to ask another employee for the manager, she immediately called for the person in charge of lingerie. Vanderlin asked to speak to me over the phone, she sounded like I was bothering her and did not bother to see me in person after I asked to speak with her in person. I spent over $300 that day and I was appalled with the customer service I received, not even the cashier Erica acknowledged me. I love to shop at Walmart and I do so biweekly, sometimes weekly. I will never shop at store #1349 again. With the rising cost of economy these days Walmart should feel privileged to have such a loyal customer as myself. Please see that this situation is remedied, so other loyal customers do not have to be subjected to substandard customer service.

Terrible experience
In the past I have bought faded glory clothing at wal mart but their new sizes are a joke. Normally I wear a 2X but after buying 3 tops I discovered they were really the size of Lg so I go back and get the 3X (suppose to be 22-24) get those home and they are probably a size X-lg. and the sleeves fit like a medium. Guess they are trying to go out of business, I am giving all the clothes 3 shirts and 3 pair of shorts to who-ever has a body they will fit -so far no-ones been found!!!

Scam and fraud
I purchased a greendot money card from Walmart and after activation, was told my permanent card would arrive in the mail 7-10 business days. After 21 business days and no permanent card, I called the toll free number on the card, and got (of course) some hispanic that I could not understand and the assurance that it would be in the mail. I had to purchase another one so I would not be carrying cash around with me and I am now in the process of trying to get my money back for having to purchase a new one since the first one I bought is not reloadable. I will never buy another one, I think it is a rip-off!

Terrible service
I waited in the paint department forever then i waited in the electronics and i waited and waited forever and then they had sent somebody over to the paint department that was from another department and i just had to keep waiting and waiting and nobody would assist me in anyway. I was very respectful to them and waited for assistance and the employees were very disrespectful towards me.

They tore up my car
Wamart changed my oil and left rags under the hood. They got caught in the belt, warped my harmonic balancer, put a hole in my timing cover, broke the belt. In other words my car will not ever run. This is a 2000 Sentra that was in good shape. It took 3 days for us to head from their insurance co. and 20 minutes to here we were denied. The work cost 766.00 for my car. I am walking 6 miles to work and having to bum rides, thanks to Walmart. They are devils. Do not shop there or use their lube service.

Not reliable
A lot of places will not take this card... Do not waste your money... then if you need to talk to them, no way unless you pay $2.00 each time... Whats this about? Is this the same Walmart that has great prices and services everyone in the world? Whatever... Just don't waste your time or money...
