Unathorized charges to my bank account
I called up the company at the 800 number and they told me that they cancelled the subscription, then a day or two later there was another charge to my checking account for $16.95 and I called again and the person told me that the account was not cancelled and that she could not authorize a refund they would send me forms to fill out . to me this is unacceptable .

Took money without access or authorization
I was checking my account and noticed that a charged of 14.95 was on it while I was sleeping by some WC Homeplay What can I do.

Withdrawl from bank account
On April 2009 I discovered a withdrawl from my bank account of $19.95 from wc Homeplay I called the bank. They told me this charge was taked out of my account in Feburary, March, and also that day. I then called the 1-800-566-8640 number. I told them that I had never ordered a service in which provides you with discounts and benefits ect. They now say they will send me a form to fill out so i can get reinburst for the money they withdrew from my account. I will believe it when I see it. Has anyone else filled one of these forms out?? And has anyone received money back that has filled out one of these forms??

Fraudulent charges
I just recieved a charge for two 19.95 charges on my debit/credit card for WC Homeplay and another "WC" company. I called their customer service number and recieved a voicemail explaining that the company was closed and to call back during normal business hours, it also gave a web address to check your account. I tried to find the web address and couldn't. I googled their number and found many web addresses that addressed the fact that it was a scam. I had to cancel my card and pay to have a new one sent to me. Now I have to call them back during the week to see whether my account will be debited the funds that were withdrawn without my authorization.

$16.95 deducted from my debit card!
Looking online at my bank statement I saw that $16.95 had been deducted from my debit card by "WC homeplay v 800-475-1942 MN. Am very concerned to see that I'm not the only person this has happened to. My bank will know what to do with them I'm sure.
