I called up the company at the 800 number and they told me that they cancelled the subscription, then a day or two later there was another charge to my checking account for $16.95 and I called again and the person told me that the account was not cancelled and that she could not authorize a refund they would send me forms to fill out . to me this is unacceptable . read full review »
