When I contracted with Web Hostingpad to host my website, they advertised 5 free subdomains included in the annual fee. Six months after I uploaded a subdomain, they billed my credit card $15. After I complained and compelled a refund, I could no longer update the website. I uploaded changes, but the changes did not copy onto the server, forcing me to find a new hosting service. Their tech support claimed "everything is fine from our end". The initial cheap rates are teaser rates. Do not sign up with Webhostingpad.
