Our football officials organization has been a customer of yours for over 10years. Our "webmaster" has come down with cancer and is no longer able to handle the website and make rational decisions. Somehow he reversed a credit card charge and because of this the site has been temporarily suspended, which is understandable. I have tried talking with your billing department about this situation and was told that they could not reverse a $75 fee for this reversal of the credit card charge. I tried to again explain the extenuating circumstances and I am sure our organization after contracting with your organization for this long and not working with us on this situation has decided to switch website hosts. I would like to give you the opportunity to correct this unfathomable personal situation in conducting your business before switching sites and broadcasting this to all I can be in personal contact with. Your help rectifying this situation would be appreciated. I offered my personal credit card number to Sarah your billing personnel to pay the annual fee so we could maintain service with your organization. She told me everybody has a problem. You may want to do some customer service training there too. She could have cared less about losing a customer.
