Our football officials organization has been a customer of yours for over 10years. Our "webmaster" has come down with cancer and is no longer able to handle the website and make rational decisions. Somehow he reversed a credit card charge and because of this the site has been temporarily suspended, which is understandable. I have tried talking with your billing department about this situation and was told that they could not reverse a $75 fee for this reversal of the credit card charge.
