Six months later and i still haven't received my refund

I applied for a loan with welcome loans and had to pay a 'set up' fee of £59.95 which i was assured was 'fully refundable'. Once i received the paperwork for my loan, they advised me i needed a garuntor to co-sign the loan. I had already advised them that i didn't have anyone to do this beforehand but they advised me that i wouldn't need one. After realising i did in fact need a garuntor i contacted welcome loans directly who advised me that i would need to write in to request a refund. I have wrote in 3 times in total and called them on numerous occasions. Its six months later and i still haven't received my refund.

SCAM !

I have been in a victum of a scam from welcome loans i applied for a loan and got acspted i dont have very good credit so it was just a gamble... i got acspted and paid £59.99 admin fees once this had been done i was told i would recive the paper work... this was over 4 weeks ago i phoned on monday to be told i would get my paper work on tuesday or wednessday and also to be told they had took the money out twice !!! i am still waiting i have been trying to get through to them for the past 3 days and all the number i have tried is just ringing out i have been on hold for around 6 hours a day toget through but still have not managed to get through. I am looking in to how i would get my money back as they have took a total of £120.00 off me and i have recived nothing. !!! Can any one help me ??
