I applied for a loan with welcome loans and had to pay a 'set up' fee of £59.95 which i was assured was 'fully refundable'. Once i received the paperwork for my loan, they advised me i needed a garuntor to co-sign the loan. I had already advised them that i didn't have anyone to do this beforehand but they advised me that i wouldn't need one.
