I had a Laser session for Hair Removal, after the session my forearms were red and bumby and there is an extra inflammation. few minutes later I discovered many burns (degree 1 and 2) in different scattered areas in my left and right forearms. I went to the Dr to get a report and took some pictures for the burns, and I went to meet the manager (D.V), to claim the harm done and request a refund for the previous sessions and for the other sessions that I already paid in advance. The careless manager who promised to invistigate and replay within 2 days never called back.
Since I got a permanent scar and discoloration of my skin, I do no advice any one to step into that place.
