Ordered dogbed on 30/01/09. Money taken from account 03/02/09 Totally wrong dogbed sent to wrong address 2 weeks later. Sent many emails to them and only reply from them asked what dogbed they had actually sent to me. Phone is voice mail only. Unacceptable practice. Wish I had never used them and hope this might deter others from doing so! Am left with an unwanted dogbed and no response to regain my money for their error!
