Ordered dogbed on 30/01/09. Money taken from account 03/02/09 Totally wrong dogbed sent to wrong address 2 weeks later. Sent many emails to them and only reply from them asked what dogbed they had actually sent to me. Phone is voice mail only. Unacceptable practice. Wish I had never used them and hope this might deter others from doing so! Am left with an unwanted dogbed and no response to regain my money for their error! read full review »
