sent me product that I did not order
I tried a trial size of this product, I couldn't tell any difference, it did nothing as to what it claimed it would. I didn't see the paper that they sent about sending another bottle and charging me 94.57. Well needless to say, I called them and told them their product didn't work. I didn't ask for them to send it to me and I wanted my money back, in other words I cancelled any and all products with them. Than they did it again. I sent the same product back, called them again. They game me a RMA No. 176 8326-588964. I returned the product, same day after I called them and they still haven't credited the money back to my account. I feel this product doesn't work and I feel they should give me my full money back, because I had to pay for shipping and confirmation also. They keep 30%. That is bull. I want all my monies put back on my credit card.

Scam
with the trial sample was a bill of $88.62 if I did no call in 15 days of the time it was mail, If i sent a notice it would not get there in time, It was suppose to be sample, not a bill.

no ans. to cancel order
Could not reach them to cancel order for days and days.
Now being charged $78.84 and $88.62.
In order to credit they want phone records of when I called from my cell, phone and place of business.
I explain when they did ans. that they either hung up for put on hold for over 45 minutes. Told not their problem and a supervisor would call me back. As of this time I have not heard from supervisor.
Contacted my back with complain and an awaiting how to proceed with them.
Please advise what I should do next. Very distrubing this transaction and reading all the complaints listed.
