I put a wedding ring on Layaway for my girlfriend to propose in Puerto Rico. I went to pay off the rest of the ring the week before we left and they informed me that I would be recieving a refund check for the ring and the ring was sent back to Corporate Headquarters. It would have been nice to get a phone call and the option to buy the ring before they sent it back. I have tried to track the ring but no one will help or seems to know how to find it for me? My girlfriend had her heart set on that ring even though it was going to be some what of a surprise. Not to mention I have yet to receive my refund and corporate keeps telling me they will call me back and repeatedly fail to do so.
