My husband and I purchased a new bathroom suite from this merchant who delivered inferior goods. The goods were fitted by my builders, we were not living in the house, as soon as I saw them I notified the owner Janet who visited the house and agreed they were wrong. She said she would replace within a week. Over the next year I was given excuse after excuse including breast cancer and mother dying, which unfortunately kept me, at bay as I felt sorry for her!!!

Finally in October 2007 she agreed to refund and faxed me a refund slip for £1200 to be paid onto my mastercard. It never went into my account. Mastercard are trying to get some money back but not all of it. People need to be warned.
