After getting nowhere with Simplexity's customer service department regarding the $600 charge to my account, I did some research and decided to log my complaint here. The very next day I received a very nice email from Kim who apologized and immediately gave my contact info to Tanisha who was willing and able to help me get the issue resolved. I have never experienced such courteous and prompt response from any company ever (not that I 've ever taken my complaint to a public message board but still..). Thank you so much Kim and Tanisha, your customer care exceeded my expectations. Wirefly (Simplexity) is definitely a company I would use again, and recommend.
