on 7 may we lodged telephonic complain on above matter and kept reminding every day for a service executive when no one turned up i asked for an complaint no. (RNA- 110513048556 ) which was given to me on 12 may and i was promised that the executive will attend within 24 hrs but till to-date no one has turned up. when i call up the call center, these people put me on hold and disappear. I like a fool keep holding the phone. Thus this being harrashment of high degree i feel like putting the dirtiest word to the LG organisation and now i am going to call the road side mechanic for the servicing and the filling of gas. thanks LG for appointing the over smart staff in it's esteemed organisation .
