on 7 may we lodged telephonic complain on above matter and kept reminding every day for a service executive when no one turned up i asked for an complaint no. (RNA- 110513048556 ) which was given to me on 12 may and i was promised that the executive will attend within 24 hrs but till to-date no one has turned up. when i call up the call center, these people put me on hold and disappear.
