Do Not do business with Winston Hodge, owner of Windstone
1) found out he is not licensed
2) Provides quotes, then doesn't show up to do the job and explains later that he provided to low an estimate and to short a lead time to complete the work.
Left his equipment on-site stating he would return from Flagstaff in a few hours. Never came back until after he knew we were gone.
We live in CA and drove over 500 miles to our Vacation Rentsl home in Sedona. He asked for cash up front after we had made the trip. This was never requested at the time of his proposal.
He had no working phone at the time he was to be in Sedona. We called many times reaching only a disconnected line.
Awful attitude when I asked for his license. Does not report income, so you can't deduct on your taxes if the work is business related.
References were fake too.
Worste experience we ever had working with a supposed Contractor in 15 years.
