Do Not do business with Winston Hodge, owner of Windstone 1) found out he is not licensed 2) Provides quotes, then doesn't show up to do the job and explains later that he provided to low an estimate and to short a lead time to complete the work. Left his equipment on-site stating he would return from Flagstaff in a few hours. Never came back until after he knew we were gone.
