All talk, no service
I ordered a bluetooth headset from Wireless Emporium through Amazon on May 12, 2010. Paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. The item was listed as in stock. The only email I ever received from them was the next day telling me "We have fulfilled hundreds of thousands of shipments for Amazon.com and are eager to ensure that your buying experience with us is nothing less than stellar!" Also "At Wireless Emporium, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases, and make customer service our #1 priority." And the ever popular "Rest assured we will do EVERYTHING WE CAN to ensure your complete satisfaction! " I had no other contact from, no email confirming the order or shipment or delay or back order. I finally called them on May 20, 2010, only to be told that they ran out and the item was back ordered. But, they had just gotten a new shipment in and would ship it right away. I called the next day to confirm shipping and was told that the item didn't come in after all. I wouldn't be so riled up if they hadn't made such a big deal about being a top notch company interested in the best customer service. Baloney. All Talk! It's easy to say you intend on providing good service, but the proof is in the pudding. They didn't deliver, ever, and didn't even contact me about the order, not even by an automated email. I will never do business with them, and encourage others to do business with reputable firms, of which wireless emporium is not one.
