Wireless Emporium had sent an order confirmation email on 12/18, as of 01/05 I had still not received my order. I was not able to reach a "live" customer service agent and was told to leave a message. I never heard back from them. I had sent (5) emails and they never responded. I ended up on their online chat to customer service. The "so call agent Maria" was totally useless. I was told to contact my post office for the office. I demanded a refund and was ignored. I am persuing this matter with Visa and the BBB. read full review »
