Above vendor found through ebay however, because of the special size required, worked one on one w/vendor and paid through Paypal. Order placed on 12/28/08, delivery promised 3-4 weeks; receive chest on March 26, 2009, 13 weeks later. The Chest was received damaged, vendor notified and after several back & forth vendor finally filed a claim through FedEx. FedEx sent settlement check to the vendor for $320.75. After several attemts to contact the vendor, to date I have not be reimbursed anything. The chest received was not the size (lenght & height) ordered. Chest was cracked in two places all of which was communicated to vendor through pictures, email and telephone conversations. Vendor blamed FedEx for the damage, filed a claim on my behalf, received settlement but did not forward to me or made any attempt to compensate me for the damages. Teresa Jacoby is full of excuses and makes empty promises. She lies to me and FedEx, received payment from me, sent damaged item, blamed FedEx and received settlement. Teresa Jacoby with Designz by Max conspired a malicious act of fraud.
