Above vendor found through ebay however, because of the special size required, worked one on one w/vendor and paid through Paypal. Order placed on 12/28/08, delivery promised 3-4 weeks; receive chest on March 26, 2009, 13 weeks later. The Chest was received damaged, vendor notified and after several back & forth vendor finally filed a claim through FedEx. FedEx sent settlement check to the vendor for $320.75.
