Don't waste your money and time on this service. The sales person pushed us with the protection plan and she said that any problem with the item they will take care of it. We bought a dining set from Macy's, after couple months we had some stains on the fabric, so I called the Worry no More. They are the most unprofesional folks that I had dealt with before. They said we send a cleaning kit, it has been 4 months that I haven't received any thing. Each time I call they put me on hold and then disconnect. I called Macy's to return the service, but they won't that it back. Macy's itself is good but the Worry no more company is the one that has problem. This was my first and last time purchasing a protection plan for any furniture.
