Don't waste your money and time on this service. The sales person pushed us with the protection plan and she said that any problem with the item they will take care of it. We bought a dining set from Macy's, after couple months we had some stains on the fabric, so I called the Worry no More. They are the most unprofesional folks that I had dealt with before.
