I ordered 2000 gold for $32 and received 1500 almost immediately through the game. They never indicated when I would receive the remaining 500 gold and numerous interactions with their online customer service was useless as they had no idea when I would get the rest of the gold. Their support number just rings and no one ever answers. It has been over a week and I still cannot get any information on when my order will be filled.
