For the Dead Space release i got the one for the ps3 when i ordered the one on the 360 so i called to see if i could change out the code for the special that came with the pre-order this being only 30-45 minutes after I got the game and there was only a few other people in the store when I left so i called to see if they could help me out or give me the code of the ps3 instead because i did open the game and used the code that came with the collector edition to have NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONES. I had called 2 time hoping that maybe there was a rush and both employees where helping those in the store but after the second phone call i have decided that i will be taking this up with the manager that is there tomorrow for the correct game or a code for the ps3, and this is not the first time that this has happened to me, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING AND DOING THEIR JOB THAT IS SOMETHING THAT A CUSTOMER NEEDS TO DO WHEN IT IS SLOW AND EASY TO FIX BY ANSWERING THE PHONE EVEN IF THERE IS A LINE OF PEOPLE
