For the Dead Space release i got the one for the ps3 when i ordered the one on the 360 so i called to see if i could change out the code for the special that came with the pre-order this being only 30-45 minutes after I got the game and there was only a few other people in the store when I left so i called to see if they could help me out or give me the code of the ps3 instead because i did open the game and used the code that came with the collector edition to have NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONES.
