I received an entry for Motor Cars in Cleveland that contained a scratch off card. This card contained three like numbers that was a winning number. I received a certificate indicating I had won a $1000.00 shopping spree from the dealership. I ordered several things through the internet even though the items were not of quality and the selection was poor. The shipping and handling was expensive and the items could possibly be purchased for what the shipping and handling cost. I attempted to use my credit card against my better judgment I used two different credit cards that were both rejected by this WSNRewards company. I will be contacting the Attorney General to see what recourse I have. The certificate is useless because they reject payment for shipping and handling. This is certainly a gimmick and possibly illegal.
