I received an entry for Motor Cars in Cleveland that contained a scratch off card. This card contained three like numbers that was a winning number. I received a certificate indicating I had won a $1000.00 shopping spree from the dealership. I ordered several things through the internet even though the items were not of quality and the selection was poor. The shipping and handling was expensive and the items could possibly be purchased for what the shipping and handling cost.
