I completed a loan for $85000 was approved but never received any funds.

I had to pay up front fees to Alliance Credit Counselling in cash through western Union in immediate wire transfers in total of $12, 253.00.

They requested more after I had received a gurantee letter of May 12/2009 from Carl Vanduke advising my loan would be placed in my bank account within the hour.I waited and it still did not arrive.

On May 12/2009 I spoke with Jonathan of Alliance Credit Counselling and requested a full refund of $12, 253.oo and I put my request in writing and faxed it off as well.

It is 16 days later and I have not received my refund. I went back and read what I signed and it states they would send my refund in 10-15 days through the mail. I called Jonathan last night and he could not confirm the refund was sent or not.

I am out $12, 253.00 and can not get any answeres to where my refund is .I want my money back and I want it deposited back into my bank account through direct deposit.

Please look into this matter and resond to my complaint. Do not avoid or ignore me.
