fraud

I was just hit with a $74.85 charge on my debit card from them. This after ording a $1.98 CD on grants. I never authorized this withdrawal, and when I called, I got the whole - it is in the terms and conditions! They will not refund the monies and when asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, the girl (Amber) told me they were unavailable. When presses, she finally stated that I would get a call back in an hour - we'll see. I intend to stop payment on this if at all possible. I'd rather pay that fee, than give them anything! This is a scam and I hope no one goes to them again.

Unauthorized withdrawal of funds

They advertised a Grant information CD for free and you only pay n$1.98 in shipping. I reviewed my credit card and they charge $69.95. I called the phone number on Saturday 01/31/09 and got an answering machine, which stats there working hours on Mon-Fri. I left a message for them to call my back, but I will call again on Monday. This was a fraudulent transaction, I did not sign up for anything, just wanted a informative CD on grants for a non profit that I volunteer for. I would not f paid $69.95 for anything in that nature. This is a total scam that promotes honesty.
