I was just hit with a $74.85 charge on my debit card from them. This after ording a $1.98 CD on grants. I never authorized this withdrawal, and when I called, I got the whole - it is in the terms and conditions! They will not refund the monies and when asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, the girl (Amber) told me they were unavailable. When presses, she finally stated that I would get a call back in an hour - we'll see. I intend to stop payment on this if at all possible. I'd rather pay that fee, than give them anything!
