I was sooo pissed when I saw $33.98 deducted from my account because I remember distinctly choosing the option to not subscribe to this service. Then the CSR said that because I applied for a loan I was automatically enrolled which I stated was NOT mentioned at the time and I just noticed it isn't even mentioned on their site! Under their own Terms and Conditions, "THE PURCHASE OF THE IDENTITY THEFT RESOLUTION PLAN IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION IS NOT A REQUIREMENT OF ANY LOAN OR THE APPROVAL OF ANY LOAN APPLICATION." Why in the hell did they think I applied for a loan in the first place? I needed to get money not have any taken! I almost had an overdraft because of their crap. I better get my refund too.
