I was sooo pissed when I saw $33.98 deducted from my account because I remember distinctly choosing the option to not subscribe to this service. Then the CSR said that because I applied for a loan I was automatically enrolled which I stated was NOT mentioned at the time and I just noticed it isn't even mentioned on their site! Under their own Terms and Conditions, "THE PURCHASE OF THE IDENTITY THEFT RESOLUTION PLAN IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION IS NOT A REQUIREMENT OF ANY LOAN OR THE APPROVAL OF ANY LOAN APPLICATION."
