I ordered a $49.95 tooth whitening system, and unknown to me, in 3 pages of "terms and conditions" I agreed to pay for a $99 VIP Rewards program which authorized additional shipments of their product. It took them 3 months to send me the original order, which they did so only after I disputed the charges on my credit card because I got no response from them on their website, and they do not answer their phone (they refer you back to their website by automated messaging). I have not been able to get my initial $99 charges refunded and get no response by phone or website. However, they are quick to respond to the credit card companies when the charges are disputed. This is a pure "racket" that someone needs to do something about. This is a case where "every transaction" rips someone off. BEWARE!!!
