I ordered a $49.95 tooth whitening system, and unknown to me, in 3 pages of "terms and conditions" I agreed to pay for a $99 VIP Rewards program which authorized additional shipments of their product. It took them 3 months to send me the original order, which they did so only after I disputed the charges on my credit card because I got no response from them on their website, and they do not answer their phone (they refer you back to their website by automated messaging).
