I ordered a free offer of ResV-Ultra MFT on 04/21/2009. I received another order of ResV-Ultra MFT on 05/14/2009 without authorizing this and was charged for it. On 05/15/2009, I called the 800 number twice. The first call I was waiting for 29 minutes and no representative answered my call. The second call I waited five minutes and hung up. This "company" I do not consider legitimate and should be shut down so as not to mislead another consumer.
